Do you want to try the RAIN practice but need a way to get the thoughts out of your head? Not to worry. I prepared this worksheet in conjunction with my explainer of RAIN practice and RAIN Guided Meditation. This worksheet offers an easy written option for working through the steps of RAIN.

It may allow you a space to identify and express feelings for the purpose of gaining emotional clarity. As a reminder, this worksheet and practice are no substitute for other mental health treatment or social support.
