You can learn meditation on your own or with the support of apps, books, online resources, and local groups, many of which are offered for free. That’s how I got started with mindfulness and I encourage you take that journey if it is right for you.
If you want the support of a teacher who can offer insights about how to bring mindfulness into the life of a busy professional and working parent, I can help. I offer 30-minute and one hour sessions to help you craft a plan to develop a mindfulness habit or problem-solve issues with your practice.
To inquire about availability or just to ask a question about starting a practice, please reach out at claire@claireeparsons or connect with me on LinkedIn. And, if you want to get to know me better first, check out some of the articles and podcast interviews on Media page where I discussed my mindfulness journey and the ways that I have incorporated it into my life and law practice.
